About Us
Make every space look its best so it can perform its best.
The original seeds for CREST were planted way back in 2003, when Brad Wattum left acting behind to become a licensed Realtor. After two decades in the industry — hundreds of listings and thousands of showings — one truth was impossible to ignore:
Most properties were not truly prepared for the market.
Cluttered spaces. Poor flow. Unfinished projects. Dark corners. Lingering smells. A lack of balance, calm, and care.
And far too many homes simply not cleaned to a professional standard.
CREST was built to fix that.
We place preparation and presentation at the very front of the selling, renting, and leasing process — because buyers don’t buy potential, they buy what they can feel, see, and imagine.
Our goal is simple:
make every space look its best so it can perform its best.
From first impression to final handover, we help clients transform well-loved spaces into high-performing assets.
Our Mission
To prepare properties so they look their best and achieve their highest possible value.
We believe:
Presentation drives value
Clean, balanced, organized spaces always perform better
Details matter
Buyers decide how they feel in the first thirty seconds
Every service we offer — cleaning, staging support, Bradley Bins™, CREST Storage — exists for one reason: stronger presentation, stronger ROI.
Our Values
Trust
We operate with discretion, confidentiality, and respect. Preparation can be personal and emotional — we honour that.
Respect & Equality
Every client and every property receives the same professionalism, regardless of size, price, or circumstance.
Honesty
We tell the truth — even when it’s uncomfortable — because honest guidance leads to the best financial outcome.
Pride in Craft
Clean isn’t enough. A space must feel balanced and intentional. Preparation is a craft; presentation is a responsibility.
Reliability
We deliver what we promise, when we promise, at the standard we promise.
Care
Transitions are stressful. Our work impacts real lives. We show up accordingly.
