CREST operates behind the scenes, allowing the listing agent to remain fully in control of pricing, strategy, marketing, and client communication.

Clear Professional Boundaries

To ensure clarity and trust, CREST maintains the following boundaries at all times:

• CREST does not provide real estate representation

• CREST does not discuss pricing, marketing strategy, or agency

• CREST does not give advice related to buying or selling decisions

• CREST works at the direction of the listing agent of record

• All real estate advice and representation remain solely with the listing agent

These boundaries are structural, not situational.

Agency Assurances.

No agency relationship is created between CREST Market Ready Services Inc., its principals, or staff and the property owner.

All real estate representation, advice, and fiduciary responsibility remain exclusively with the listing agent of record.

Non-Solicitation Commitment

CREST does not solicit, pursue, or accept real estate representation from clients introduced through an agent partner.

The client relationship remains fully protected.
